REMOTE SALES & CUSTOMER CARE TRAINING FOR YOUTH
Join us for the Remote Sales & Customer Care Training for Youth, a practical and interactive program designed to help young people develop essential workplace skills for today’s digital economy. Participants will learn effective remote communication techniques, customer service best practices, professional sales strategies, and how to use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) technology. Through hands-on learning and real-world examples, youth will build confidence, improve their employability, and gain valuable skills for remote and customer-focused roles. Participants who complete all training sessions will receive a certificate of completion.
