This program focuses on improving mobility, strength, and overall well-being through safe, seated exercises. Sessions include:

  • Full-body stretch warm-up
  • Mobility drills for legs, back, arms, and core
  • Gentle, accessible movements for all fitness levels

Language: English (Punjabi and Spanish support available upon request)
Eligibility: 55+ (Open to all backgrounds)
