Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions (Organized by CCS, Facilitated by Central East LHIN Self-Management Program)

This series of workshops is for Newcomers who live with challenges and complications as a result of a chronic condition, and want to learn how to cope with the pain, put your life back into your life.
