How To Talk So Kids Will Listen

This information session will be delivered by Family Education Centre. Participants will learn how communication is the key to positive and respectful relationships. Participants get tips to improve their listening skills and to engage cooperation through respectful communication. They will also learn how to use reflective listening skills and “I-messages”.
