Dance and Sing Along for young Children and Children with special needs (Facilitated by CCS – Families in Settlement Together Program)

These group sessions are geared for newcomer families with young children and families of children with special needs to create fun time; develop and improve the coordination, balance and control skills. The Dance moves are good exercise that will help reduce stress, get physical fitness, overall good health, and build their motor skills and confidence. The Singing will help improve self-esteem, self-motivation and mental dexterity.

NOTE: Interest class for children aged 3-6
