Customer Service and Basic Cashier Training (Organized by CCS, Facilitated by YWCA JUMP Scarborough Program)
These two sessions are designed for Newcomers who want to: • Learn how to process sales, discounts and return items • Participate in role-plays and practice Customer Service Skills • Gain experience to add to their resume Language: English Eligibility: Permanent Resident, Convention Refugee or Live-in Caregiver (Immigration document required)
