Arab LGBTQ+ and Mental Health workshop (Facilitated by CCS Arabic-speaking: Mental Health Worker and Settlement Worker)

This group session is for LGBTQ+ Newcomers who speak Arabic to discuss about mental health, get support and tips. We understand Arab LGBTQ+ are facing COVID by themselves with the language barrier making it harder, so this group was created to help them by being there for them and building the bridge, and letting them know they are not alone.
We will talk about depression and anxiety and how they can take care of themselves.
