After attending this workshop, Newcomers will gain knowledge about: Rent Increase & its Calculation, Rent Deposits, Lease and Tenancy Agreement, Maintenance and Repairs, Privacy, LEAP and Ontario Electricity Support Program, Eviction Process, Others Issues (such as bedbugs, damage).
