Healthy Eating for Toddlers and Preschoolers

This information session is designed to support newcomer parents in learning about healthy eating habits for their toddlers and preschool-aged children.
Topics will include:
- Follow Canada’s Food Guide: Learn to provide a variety of nutritious foods from all food groups
- Establish a Meal and Snack Routine: Support healthy eating by offering meals and snacks at regular times
- Prevent Allergies & Choking: Be aware of common food allergies and choking hazards
- Make Mealtimes Enjoyable: Create a positive, stress-free eating environment with family meals
Language: English & Mandarin
Eligibility: Newcomer parents who are Permanent Residents, Convention Refugees, or Live-in Caregivers (Immigration document required)
